CroisiEurope Continues Fleet Expansions and Upgrades

African Dream

CroisiEurope is continuing to build, modernize and update it’s ships and that as of this year, they will have a presence across three contents – Europe, Asia and Africa.

IN AFRICA

Starting in December 2017, CroisiEurope will offer a completely new and exclusive 4-day/3-night cruise-safari on the Chobe and Zambezi rivers. The RV African Dream will feature 6 suites and 2 deluxe suites, all with exterior views; a panoramic restaurant, lounge-bar and rooftop terrace to enjoy the surrounding environment. Following the cruise, passengers will enjoy a 5-day/4-night stay in one of two five-star lodges – CroisiEurope’s first ground accommodations – including safaris and a day at Victoria Falls. Extensions to the Cape of Good Hope are also available. The new techniques in the building of the ship plus the combined cruise & lodge package allow CroisiEurope to boast the best value in African vacations currently available.

Prices for these 9-day packages start at $6,319 per person with departures beginning in December 2017 and running throughout the year.

IN ASIA

The RV Indochine II is a high-class colonial-style ship that will join CroisiEurope’s four existing vessels on the Mekong. This Premium ship can accommodate 60 passengers in 30 spacious cabins featuring private balconies, a pool, restaurant lounge/bar and sun deck.

Starting August 2017, the ship will be used on 11- and 14-day cruises on the Mekong between Siem Reap and Ho Chi Minh City.

IN EUROPE

On the Douro River…

The MS Miguel Torga is an innovative, Premium class, three-deck ship with a pool, contemporary interior design and 66 cabins that will accommodate 132 passengers. Built at the Sambre and Meuse Shipyard in Namur, it will join CroisiEurope’s four other ships on the Douro River.

  • Beginning April 2017, it will offer eight-day cruises on the “Golden River”, leaving from Porto and stopping in Regua, Vega de Terron, Ferradosa and Pinhão.
  • A sister ship of the MS Miguel Torga is already planned for 2019 to increase CroisiEurope’s Douro river fleet.

On the Seine River…

Next year, the MS Renoir will undergo major renovations to become a Premium class ship with a new stylish and modern design. The revamped ship will feature 55 spacious, comfortable, and outward facing cabins, with French balconies on the upperdeck. In April 2018, the new MS Renoir will be re-introduced to the Seine.

The MS Seine Princess was renovated earlier this year. The upgrade has brought this ship up to the modern cruising standards as seen on the company’s new ships. Sailing on the Seine River, the MS Seine Princess can accommodate 138 passengers in 67 comfortable cabins.

On the Rhône River…

After this cruising season, the MS Van Gogh will be completely renovated as a Premium class ship with a stylish and modern design. This ship will feature 55 spacious, comfortable, and outward facing cabins, with French balconies on the upperdeck. Beginning in April 2018, the revamped and modernized MS Van Gogh will be re-introduced to the Rhône River.

On the Rhine River…

The MS Douce France II is a newly renovated Premium ship with a modern design and stylish decor that can accommodate 135 passengers in 68 comfortable cabins. The ship’s state-of-the-art technology and spacious public areas lend to its elegant, friendly ambiance. Starting in June 2017, this ship will be re-introduced to the fleet to explore the treasures along the Rhine.

On the Danube River…

The MS Symphonie II is a newly renovated Premium ship with a modern design and stylish decor that can accommodate respectively 106 passengers in 54 comfortable cabins. The ship’s state-of-the-art technology and spacious public areas lend to its elegant, friendly ambiance. Starting in April 2017, this ship will re-join the fleet exploring the treasures along the the Danube.

On the Elbe River…

The MS Elbe Princesse II with its sleek, contemporary design will be much like the MS Elbe Princesse I: open spaces, large picture windows and modern colors bring a new touch of elegance. A vast restaurant, a panoramic lounge at the stern a patio and a sun deck will provide outstanding amenities to cruise lovers. Ninety passengers can vacation in luxury in 45 comfortable, outward-facing cabins with French balconies on the upperdeck.

This new ship will cruise between Berlin and the heart of Prague beginning during the 2018 cruise season.

On the Adriatic and Mediterranean Sea…

The MS La Belle de l’Adriatique was renovated earlier this year. The upgrades have brought this ship up to standards passengers have come to expect on new ships. Sailing on the Adriatic & Mediterranean Sea, the MS La Belle de l’Adriatique can accommodate 198 passengers in 99 comfortable cabins.
