First glimpse of CroisiEurope’s first African ship

The RV African Dream, CroisiEurope’s new luxury ship, which will sail in December 2017 in Southern Africa, is currently being finalized on the Harare shipyard in Zimbabwe. This unique boat will be completed in early August 2017 and will have to travel a 1000 km trek across the African savanna to reach its home port in Kasane, Botswana.

Measuring 40m long (131 ft.) by 8m wide (26 ft.), the RV African Dream will be cut into two units which will be transported on the only trailer in Southern Africa capable of supporting such a load.

Cruising along the most beautiful bends of the Chobe and Zambezi rivers, CroisiEurope will be offering an exclusive and original 4-day/3-night cruise-safari, followed by a 5-day/4-night stay in the five star Cascades lodge (owned by CroisiEurope) at a unique location in the heart of nature. Safaris on land and on the water, as well as a day at Victoria Falls are included in the program.

A total of 16 passengers can vacation on the RV African Dream which will feature a total of 8 suites (18m2/194ft2) of which 6 suites equipped with French balconies and 2 deluxe suites with 4m2/38ft2 size balconies, a panoramic restaurant, lounge bar and rooftop terrace to enjoy the surrounding environment.

Eight crew members will put their skills to hard work in order to meet the highest expectations on board.

A second ship is already planned for 2018.
