Quasar Expeditions Re-Charts the Course for Galapagos Cruises

Quasar Expeditions Luxury Yacht

Quasar Expeditions’ luxury yachts that sail around the Galapagos Islands have undergone extensive renovations. Known for offering life-changing small-group travel experiences, the M/V Evolution and M/Y Grace are back in service after spending eight-weeks in dry dock last fall.

The M/V Evolution has been completely redone with no corner left untouched. With new designs by renowned luxury designer Adriana Hoyos, the Evolution features redesigned cabins and bathrooms, a new cuisine experience and coffee lounge where guests can enjoy Galapagos-grown coffee, a renovated boutique, safety upgrades, and more.

The M/Y Grace, a wedding gift from Aristotle Onassis to Prince Rainier and Princess Grace Kelly of Monaco, has been refurbished with a brand-new Grace Kelly Suite. Also designed Adriana Hoyos, the suite features a new contemporary design, tailored furniture, an upgraded bathroom, and modern lighting.

In addition to the suite, the M/Y Grace also has an updated bar and Sun Deck with new décor and increased space, plus new coffee and cuisine experiences as well as safety upgrades.

With Quasar Expeditions’ renovations, guests have access to even more special amenities and service while still feeling like they’re on a true expedition. Both yachts offer some of the most spacious indoor and outdoor areas of the ships sailing around the Galapagos, allowing travelers to take in their amazing surroundings without being enclosed by walls.

The M/Y Grace and M/V Evolution offer two different eight-day, seven-night itineraries around the Galapagos Islands. The Grace has a maximum capacity of 18 passengers while the Evolution can hold a total of 32, enabling Quasar to provide intimate travel experiences and up-close interactions with the Galapagos wildlife
